A suede Chelsea boot with proper elastic gussets that keep their tension, on a crepe-effect rubber sole.
Suede marks and that is normal. Brush it with a suede brush when it looks flat, and spray it once before first wear if you live somewhere dusty. Do not polish it and do not let it get soaked, because water leaves a tide line that a brush will not remove.
