Sizing and fit
Footwear is listed in UK sizes with the US equivalent on every product page. Where a style runs small or large, the sizing note says so rather than leaving you to find out. Apparel is cut regular unless the page says relaxed. Size exchanges are free and we collect the first pair, so getting it wrong costs you nothing but time.
Shipping and delivery
Everything dispatches from Brooklyn or our Manchester hub within 24 hours. US and UK addresses usually receive in two to four business days, the rest of Europe in four to seven. Orders over $50 ship free. Signature on delivery is available for a $2 fee, which is what the carrier charges us.
Returns and exchange
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and in the original box. We send a carrier to collect and you do not pay for the pickup. Size exchanges are free. Refunds reach the original payment method within five business days of the item reaching us.
Warranty
Twelve months against manufacturing defects: sole separation, stitching failure, hardware breakage. Not covered: ordinary outsole wear, water damage, heat damage, or a sole worn through from use. Email us a photograph and we answer within one business day.
How it is made
Sneakers and boots are made by two partner factories in Portugal, with sampling done in the Brooklyn studio. The woven uppers are hand-made, which is why they vary slightly between pairs. Where a construction choice costs more, such as Goodyear welting a boot so it can be resoled, the product page explains what you are paying for.
